Noel Haddock is an experienced attorney currently serving at Connecticut Legal Services, Inc. since March 2024. Previously, Noel held the position of Pro Bono Manager and Immigration Attorney at the Connecticut Institute for Refugees and Immigrants from November 2015 to April 2024, focusing on assisting low-income victims of crimes with various immigration matters. Noel's legal career also includes a role as a Civil Clerk at Stamford Superior Court and an internship at the Quinnipiac Legal Clinic, where assistance was provided to low-income clients across diverse legal issues. Additionally, Noel was a fellow in the Yale Sappern Fellowship, supporting pro-se parties with family law matters. Noel earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from Quinnipiac University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Political Science from Quinnipiac University.
