Andrew Bolger is a seasoned professional in research, data analysis, and policy, currently serving as a Senior Research & Data Analyst at the Connecticut Housing Finance Authority since September 2018. Bolger has held various roles within this organization, including Legislative Program Officer and Research Analyst. Prior experience includes serving as a Budget and Policy Analyst for the Institute for Municipal and Regional Policy at Central Connecticut State University, and a Graduate Legislative Fellow at the Connecticut General Assembly. A solid educational background includes a Master of Public Policy from the University of Connecticut and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Political Science from the same institution, complemented by studies in European Studies at Maastricht University.
