Kevin Moss is an experienced professional in the fields of clean transportation and environmental policy. Currently serving as an Innovation Intern at Connecticut Green Bank since May 2023, Kevin previously held significant roles at the Western Governors' Association from September 2017 to April 2022, including Policy Advisor, where leadership was provided for energy, electric vehicle, water, agriculture, and air quality issues. Notably, Kevin directed Oregon Governor Brown’s Electric Vehicles Roadmap Initiative during their tenure as WGA Chair in 2020-21. Other professional experiences include project coordination at Tuolumne River Trust, instruction roles with The Mountain Institute and NOLS, and a research fellowship with the State of the Rockies Project. Kevin holds an MBA from the Yale School of Management and a BA in Environmental Science from Colorado College.
