Cherie Young is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data management, reporting, and analytics. Serving as a Membership Data Analyst at the Connecticut Education Association since March 2007, Cherie specializes in Salesforce administration, Cognos, Power BI, and staff training. Prior to this role, Cherie worked as a UniServ Associate, assisting with data collection and mediation preparation. From 1990 to 2001, Cherie held the position of Database Programmer at E.T. Associates, Inc., focusing on custom database application development. Cherie holds an Associate degree in Management Information Systems from Middlesex Community College and has furthered education at Western Governors University from June 2019 to January 2022.
