Megan Donahue is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in emergency medical services and management. Currently serving as the Practice Manager of the OneCall Access Center at Connecticut Children's since December 2018, Megan oversees 24/7 operations and provides leadership for a team of up to 20 direct reports. Previously, Megan coordinated emergency patient transfers as a Paramedic Transfer Coordinator and has held multiple paramedic roles across various organizations, including The William W. Backus Hospital and Harmony Fire Department. Additionally, Megan has experience in tissue recovery, emergency communications, and training of new personnel. Megan holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Health from Regis College and has a commitment to fostering teamwork and enhancing patient care throughout the healthcare spectrum.
