Mark P. Beall currently serves as the Senior Manager of Business Development at Connecticut Airport Authority since July 2021. Prior to this role, Mark P. Beall held the position of Director of Toll Operations at Florida Department of Transportation from June 2019, where responsibilities included overseeing toll operations for Florida's Turnpike Enterprise. Mark P. Beall's extensive experience also includes serving as the Director of Business Development and Concessions Management at Florida Department of Transportation from September 2002 to June 2019, leading concessions contracts and developing statewide retail networks for electronic toll transponders on Florida's Turnpike. Mark P. Beall earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Finance from Mount Saint Mary's University, Emmitsburg, MD, between 1982 and 1985.
