Michael Ramage serves as the Strategic Broadband Advisor at Connected Nation, Inc. since May 2023. Michael has been the Director of the Cyber Education and Research Center at Murray State University since August 2012, focusing on cybersecurity and networking education, outreach, development, and research. In addition, Ramage has held multiple leadership positions at Murray State University, including Director and Associate Director of the Center for Telecommunications Systems Management. Since September 2017, Ramage has served as President of the Technology Council of West Kentucky, aimed at fostering growth within the regional technology industry. Prior experience includes various roles at Connected Nation, Inc., Connected Tennessee, and ConnectKentucky, alongside teaching and project coordination roles at Murray State University. Ramage holds a PhD in Technology Management with a focus on Digital Communications from Indiana State University, as well as degrees in Telecommunications Systems Management and Computer Science from Murray State University and a Graduate Certificate in Information Assurance from Purdue University.
