Learning Experience Designer at Connected Camps

Amy Pham, CHES has gained a diverse range of work experience throughout their career. Amy started their professional journey as a Student Office Assistant at UCI Environmental Health and Safety Center in 2015. Following that, they worked as a Sales Team Member at Target from 2017 to 2018. Amy then moved on to UC Irvine, where they held positions as a Graphics & Technology Intern from 2016 to 2018 and a Community Engagement Intern from 2018 to 2019.

In 2019, Amy joined the City of Irvine as a Community Services Leader II before transitioning to the role of Community Services Leader III in 2020. In this role, they prepared marketing materials, managed performance data, and audited vendor applications. In 2020, they also worked as a Product Designer at marmymakesart.

From 2020 to 2021, Amy worked at Connected Camps, starting as a Lead Counselor and later becoming a Learning Experience Designer. In their role as a Learning Experience Designer, they created training videos and information guides, led a team in developing curricula, and oversaw the setup of Minecraft servers for educational camps.

Amy's work experience showcases their expertise in various industries, including education, technology, marketing, and community services.

Amy Pham, CHES has a strong educational background in public health and community health. Amy obtained a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) certification from the National Commission for Health Education Credentialing, Inc in April 2021.

Prior to that, Amy completed their B.A. in Public Health Policy from UC Irvine from 2015 to 2019. During their time at UC Irvine, they focused on studying public health policy and its implications for community health.

Before their undergraduate studies, Amy obtained a High School Diploma from Foothill High School from 2011 to 2015.

In addition to their formal education, Amy has also obtained additional certifications to enhance their knowledge and skills. Amy completed the Foundations of UX Design course at Google in May 2023. Amy also completed the Essential Epidemiologic Tools for Public Health Practice course at John Hopkins University in April 2020.
