Roy Peri is an experienced professional currently serving as the Enterprise & Strategic Accounts Success Manager at Connecteam. In this role since March 2022, Roy has successfully developed and implemented strategies to increase customer engagement for high-paying accounts, while managing a diverse global portfolio. Previously, Roy worked as an SMB Customer Success Manager at Connecteam, where client onboarding and ensuring achievement of objectives were key focuses. Prior to that, Roy held marketing roles at HOT, leading retention strategies for a large customer base, and gained experience in activism and community management at Act.IL. Roy’s background also includes operational analysis at Oversee, project management for digital initiatives with the Hebrew Scouts Movement, and participation in a startup accelerator. Roy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Government & Sustainability Studies from Reichman University.
