Feras Ghanim is a Back End Developer at Connecteam since April 2023, bringing extensive experience from the Israeli Navy where tenure spanned from 2017 to March 2023. During this period, Feras served as Software Development Manager, leading three R&D teams comprised of 14 software engineers, and contributed to strategic planning. Previously, as a Software Engineer Team Lead, Feras actively mentored a full stack team of seven developers. Feras's early career includes significant contributions as a Back End Developer, notably participating in the development of the Israeli versions of the submarine combat system. Academically, Feras obtained an MBA in Information Systems from Bar-Ilan University and a BS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
