Prior to this, Elinor held various leadership roles at Madgicx, including VP of Customer Support & Agency, where responsibilities included overseeing support and agency departments and implementing standard operating procedures to enhance customer satisfaction. As Head of Department, Elinor successfully managed tailored solutions for VIP clients, achieving a 400% increase in customer volume and revenue in six months. Elinor's career also includes positions as Head of Operations at HippoCampus, Budgeting Manager at GNS Boutique of Publicis Group, and Executive Assistant Office Manager at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Israel. Elinor's experience spans operations management, client onboarding, and digital marketing strategy, with a strong educational background in International Relations and Affairs & Communication from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
