Daniel Shirinov is a professional with extensive experience in customer success and human resources. Currently serving as a Customer Growth and Scale Manager at Connecteam since June 2022, Daniel focuses on helping clients scale their businesses through value-driven, data-informed strategies and insights. Prior to this role, Daniel was a Customer Success Manager and Human Resources Officer in the Israel Defense Forces from 2016 to 2021, where responsibilities included overseeing HR management and strategic planning and implementing systems for operational improvements. Daniel holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Haifa and a certificate in Customer Success Management from Jolt.io.
