Stephanie Shankowsky, CPHR, currently serves as the Continuous Improvement Manager at Connect Logistics Services Inc. since January 2023. Prior to this role, Stephanie was the Human Resources Manager at TCL Supply Chain, Inc. from January 2022 to December 2022, and spent over a decade at Connect Logistics Services in various HR roles, including Sr. HR Representative and HR Representative. Stephanie's expertise includes performance management, corrective action, recruiting, and employee relations, primarily within the logistics sector. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Human Resources Management and Services from the Alberta School of Business, University of Alberta.
