Traian-Florin Stanciu has a strong background in QA automation engineering, with experience in multiple companies. Traian-Florin worked as a QA Automation Engineer at Connatix starting from January 2020. Prior to that, they worked at 3Pillar Global Romania as a QA Automation Engineer from October 2016 to December 2019. Before that, they were employed at Gameloft, where they held the position of Senior QA Tester from October 2015 to September 2016 and QA Tester from October 2014 to September 2015.

Traian-Florin Stanciu graduated from the Technical University of Cluj Napoca with an Engineer's Degree in Electronics Engineering and Telecommunications. Traian-Florin attended the university from 2013 to 2017. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at the National College "Horea, Closca si Crisan" from 2007 to 2011. During their time at high school, they focused on Mathematics and Computer Science.
