Ioana Ioaniciu started their work experience in 2013 at Greppy Systems, where they began as an intern and then became a Junior Web Developer. In 2016, they joined Connatix as an Integration and Support Engineer. Ioana later advanced to the position of Director of Customer Service in January 2018. In December 2018, they transitioned to the role of Director, Product Delivery, and their tenure at Connatix is ongoing.

Ioana Ioaniciu obtained their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Technical University of Cluj Napoca, which they completed from 2010 to 2014.
