Rick Kienman is a seasoned electrical engineer with extensive experience in the medical device industry. Currently serving as Principal Electrical Engineer at CONMED Corporation since August 2013, Kienman previously held the position of Senior Electrical Engineer at Composite Motors, Inc. from July 2010 to September 2024, leading the design of electronics for Li+ battery processing and testing. Prior to that, Kienman worked at Baxter BioScience from 1997 to 2010, contributing to the development of the Isolex 300i Adult Stem Cell Selector and leading multidisciplinary teams in the advancement of Automated Peritoneal Dialysis cyclers. Kienman's earlier experience includes a role as Product Engineer II at Thomas & Betts, where responsibilities encompassed engineering support for the Agastat® Solid State product line. Kienman earned a BS in Electrical Engineering from Rutgers University and an AS in Engineering Science from County College of Morris.
