Noma Osarumwense is an Associate Attorney at Conley Rose, P.C. since April 2023, with previous legal experience as a Law Clerk at Doré Rothberg McKay and a Summer Associate at Conley Rose. Noma also completed a Summer Legal Internship at CNOOC International and served as a Judicial Intern for The Honorable Frances Bourliot at the Texas Fourteenth Court of Appeals. Prior to a legal career, Noma held significant roles in the engineering field, including positions at Baker Hughes and General Electric Energy, focusing on perforating engineering and field service support. Noma holds a J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center, a Master's in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Houston, and a Bachelor's in Electrical/Electronics Engineering from the University of Benin.
