Riccardo Renna currently serves as a Board Member at Conio Inc. since June 2021 and has been the COO & Innovation at Banca Generali since October 2013. In this role, Riccardo oversees the Chief Information Security Office and is responsible for designing and implementing the distribution network's Service Model with approximately 1700 financial advisors. Riccardo also developed the innovative BG Personal Advisory platform and digital tools to support financial advisors. Previous experience includes positions as Head of Strategic Marketing at Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena and Manager at E*Finance Consulting Reply. Riccardo’s educational background includes a Global Future Leadership degree from INSEAD and a Master's in European Management from ESCP Business School.
