Yataiva Tai Harris has over 20 years of experience in program management, industrial engineering, and teaching. Yataiva Tai began their career in 2001 as an Industrial Engineering Intern at Delphi. In 2008, they moved to Crane Aerospace & Electronics as a Quality Engineer. From 2010 to 2012, they were an Industrial Engineer at Warner Robins Air Logistics. During this time, they also served as an Adjunct Math Instructor at Central Georgia Technical College. From 2013 to 2017, they were the Director of the CoNimby Foundation. From 2017 to 2019, they were a General Engineer at the Defense Security Cooperation Agency. From 2019 to 2021, they were an Industrial Engineer at the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA). Currently, they are a Program Manager at the United States Department of the Air Force.
Yataiva Tai Harris has a Doctor of Business Administration from Walden University in Project Management, a Master's Degree from University of Central Florida in Industrial Engineering, a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from University of Michigan-Flint in Business Administration and Management, General, and a Bachelor's Degree from Kettering University in Industrial Engineering. Harris also holds certifications from ASQ - World Headquarters, Project Management Institute, and Scrum Alliance, including Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE), Certified Quality Engineer, Six Sigma Black Belt, Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile Certified Professional, and Certified Scrum Master.
