Brenda Marshall has extensive experience in various roles within the property management and finance sectors. Currently functioning as a Tax Credit Compliance Specialist at Conifer Realty, LLC since March 2006, Brenda previously worked in property management at Home Properties from March 2005 to February 2006. Brenda's career began at Charter One Bank, where responsibilities as an Assistant Branch Manager were held from September 1994 to September 1999, followed by a role as Facilities Coordinator at Charter One Auto Finance from September 1999 to November 2004. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from SUNY Empire State College (1993-1998) and two Associate degrees in Clinical/Medical Laboratory Technician and Medical Lab Tech from Monroe Community College (1973-1975).
