Grant Merrill has extensive work experience in the finance and technology industry. Grant currently holds the position of VP, Finance Transformation and Process at Congruex since January 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Sr. Director of Self-Service Platforms at Spectrum from October 2021 to December 2022. Before joining Spectrum, Grant worked at CenturyLink, where they held multiple roles including Sr. Director of Financial Assurance from February 2019 to October 2021 and Director of Revenue Assurance from January 2018 to February 2019.

Grant'searlier experience includes working at Level 3 Communications, where they served as Sr. Director of CFS Analytics from November 2014 to January 2018 and Director of Project Management from September 2009 to November 2014. Additionally, Grant was employed as a Director of Technology Consulting at Cartesian (formerly known as TMNG Global) from March 2008 to September 2009.

Grant'scareer began at Level 3 Communications in 1999, where they held positions such as Blackbelt Project Manager - Six Sigma PMO from August 2006 to March 2008 and Software Architect/Finance from May 1999 to August 2006. In these roles, Grant was responsible for various aspects of financial assurance, project management, software development, technology consulting, and ERP architecture.

Grant Merrill received a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance, Information Systems from the University of Colorado Boulder in the years 1995 to 1999. Grant also obtained additional certifications including a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI) and a Six Sigma Black Belt from the Aquity Institute & Level 3 Communications.
