Xinzhe Cheng is an Economist at the Congressional Budget Office, where Xinzhe produces long-term budget projections and analyses for Congress. Previously, Xinzhe worked as a Research Economist at the USDA Economic Research Service, focusing on food assistance programs. Cheng holds a PhD in Agricultural and Resource Economics from the University of California, Davis.
