Leah Koestner has a strong background in economic analysis and public policy. Currently serving as a Principal Analyst at the Congressional Budget Office, Leah focuses on federal student loan programs. Leah's experience includes roles at the First 5 Association of California, UC Berkeley, The Brookings Institution, and the Arizona Governor's Office, where Leah specialized in budget analysis, policy advising, and grant development. Leah holds a Master of Public Policy from the University of California, Berkeley, and a B.S. in Economics from Arizona State University.
