Program Manager, Leadership Institute at Congressional Black Caucus Foundation

Devery Manier Jr. has a diverse work experience that spans various industries. In 2014, they worked as a Summer Residential Mentor for Trio Upward Bound at Bowling Green State University, where they developed workshops and activities for students and provided tutoring in a residential setting.

In 2016, Devery joined City Year as a Breakfast of Champions Recruiter and an Americorps Member, demonstrating their commitment to community service and education.

From 2017 to 2019, they served as the Program and Communications Manager at the FH Faunteroy Community Enrichment Center, where they likely handled program coordination and communication activities.

In 2019, Devery took on the role of Site Manager at Reach Incorporated, where they successfully recruited, enrolled, and retained over 60 high school participants in all Reach programs. Devery also ensured the representation of Reach's curriculum and culture at program sites.
