Rafael Arismendi serves as the Vice President of Education and Workforce Services at Congreso de Latinos Unidos, where responsibilities include strategic planning and supervision of programs focused on children and youth services, adult education, and post-secondary services. Prior to this, Rafael held the position of Business Development Director at Congreso, managing fundraising campaigns and corporate partnerships. Rafael's earlier experience includes roles as Regional Brand Manager and Compliance Program Coordinator at Eli Lilly and Company, as well as General Manager/Owner of a sportswear company and a researcher at the National Institute of Engineering. Rafael Arismendi holds a Master in Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School, an MBA in Marketing from Alliance Manchester Business School, and both a Bachelor and Master of Science in engineering from Universidad Simón Bolívar.
