Jaider Urrea is an experienced operations and IT professional with over two decades of experience at Congreso de Latinos Unidos. Since 2010, Jaider has served as the Director of Operations, managing the operations budget, enforcing policies and procedures, and overseeing safety inspections across multiple sites. Responsibilities also include managing contractor relationships and network maintenance. From 2001 to 2010, Jaider held the role of IT Manager, coordinating technology procedures, providing employee training, and administering support for various software applications. Jaider holds a Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering from Medellin, Colombia.
