Cody Baker has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Cody currently works at Congo Brands as a Creative Project Manager, a role they started in September 2022. Prior to this, Cody worked at Ruggles Sign as a Project Manager from October 2015 to August 2022. In this role, they were responsible for managing project design, cost, and installation of custom sign packages for retail clients across the world. Cody also managed construction projects in the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico, and South America, and negotiated installation costs with sub-contractors to maximize profitability. Before Ruggles Sign, Cody worked at Lowe's Companies, Inc. from October 2013 to October 2015. Cody started as a Receiving Clerk, where they processed incoming merchandise, scheduled shipments, and provided customer service. Cody later became an Installed Sales Coordinator, where they coordinated and scheduled installations, communicated with customers and vendors, and trained employees on the order management system.

Cody Baker attended McCreary Central High School from 2004 to 2008, but did not earn a degree or study any specific field. Following their high school education, they enrolled in the University of Kentucky from 2008 to 2012, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus on Business Administration, Management, and Operations.
