Richard Solano is an experienced Delivery Manager and Senior Consultant at Congero Technology Group, a position held since November 2021. Prior to this role, Richard served as a Senior Application Consultant at Grupo CESA from March 2014 to December 2021. Previous experience includes roles as a Siebel Consultant at both Soluciones Integrales S.A. and Nexvel Consulting, LLC, as well as a Java Developer at ALFASA SA. Richard holds a Bachelor's degree in Ingeniería informática from Universidad Fidelitas, obtained from 2008 to 2012.
