Thierry Cintra Marcondes currently serves as a Visiting Assistant Professor at Fundação Dom Cabral, focusing on the intersection of innovation, accessibility, diversity, equity, inclusion, and impact/ESG. As an independent advisory council member at Wylinka and Stardust Zone, Thierry guides strategies for the Deep Tech sector, emphasizing ODS/ESG, Diversity, Accessibility, and Innovation. In a role at REDE DIGITALIZE, Thierry engages with digital trends among ecosystem leaders. As Head of Impact Ecosystems at 2.5 Ventures, Thierry develops partnerships and builds communities aimed at fostering impactful startups. Additionally, as an Ambassador for Me Escuta, Thierry advocates for accessibility to hearing devices, addressing the limited access experienced by the deaf community in Brazil. Involvement with DiverCidade as a Diversity Hacker and participation in various entrepreneurial and investment networks further highlight Thierry's commitment to social causes and innovation. Thierry holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidade Estadual de Campinas.
