Kirby Hicks has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Kirby started their career as a Company Commander in the U.S. Army, where they successfully led a large unit and achieved top ratings for operational readiness. Hicks then joined Motorola, where they held multiple roles including Sales Account Manager and Product Marketing Manager. Kirby implemented quality management programs and developed innovative strategies to drive new business. Hicks later joined Applied Materials, Inc. as a General Manager, where they established and grew the Ramp Performance Management business unit. Kirby also led a corporate change management program to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs. In 2002, Hicks became the CEO and founding partner of Confoe, Inc., where they provided leadership and direction for the company. Kirby established a consultative approach, technology stack, and offshore resources for project implementation. In 2015, Hicks served as the Managing Director of the Project Management Office at Sevan Multi-Site Solutions. Overall, Kirby Hicks has a strong background in leadership, project management, business development, and operations.
Kirby Hicks obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point. Additionally, they received a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) in February 2015.
