Rich Belmont possesses extensive experience in sales leadership, currently serving as Regional Sales Director for Strategic Accounts at Confluent. Previously, Rich held the position of Senior Area Sales Director at both Aviatrix and Okta, Inc., in addition to serving as Regional Vice President at Delphix and Director for Southeast Enterprise at Genesys. Rich holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Florida State University.
