Prasha Singh is a Learning and Development Specialist at Confluent since January 2022, responsible for the design, implementation, and management of training programs in both in-person and e-learning formats. Prior to this role, Prasha worked as a Senior Talent Coordinator at MongoDB, focusing on recruitment strategies and candidate screening in the India and APAC regions. Additional experience includes serving as an Executive Assistant at McKinsey & Company, managing administrative tasks, travel, and logistics, as well as roles in operations and client servicing at PriyaEvents and Kotak Mahindra Bank. Prasha's career began in the insurance sector with Max New York Life Insurance Co. Ltd, providing customer service and support. Academically, Prasha holds a Master's Degree in Economics from Fergusson College, complemented by a Bachelor's Degree in the same field.
