Josh Richards is an accomplished professional in talent management and employee engagement, currently serving as the Head of Global Talent Management & Engagement at Confluent from 2023 to 2024. Prior experience includes a role as Director of Performance Management at Zscaler and Sr. Director of Global Talent Development & Management at RingCentral, where Josh built and scaled talent functions in a high-growth environment. Additional experience encompasses leadership development roles at Catholic Health Initiatives and extensive learning and development experience at DIRECTV, including significant accomplishments in improving new hire productivity and retention. Josh holds a Master's degree with honors in Information & Learning Technologies from the University of Colorado Denver and a Bachelor's degree in Instructional Technology from California State University, Chico.
