Cat Moran is an experienced lead recruiter currently at Confluent since March 2021, where the focus is on data in motion and cloud-native data infrastructure. Previously, Cat held senior recruiter roles at New Relic, Inc. from April 2016 to March 2021, excelling in hiring specialized roles and achieving recognition as a top candidate pitch winner.
