Waiss Baqui has a diverse work experience spanning from 2018 to 2023. Waiss started their career as a Developer at SpinalCom, where they worked on NodeJs and VueJs development projects. Waiss then transitioned into a role as a Project Manager and Client Relationship Manager within the same company.

In 2020, Waiss joined AMFINE your RegTech Partner as a Product Owner and Business Analyst. Here, they analyzed financial and regulatory aspects to identify functional and technical improvements for the Maïa platform. Waiss also collaborated with stakeholders, including the CEO, CTO, and clients, to track roadmap developments and coordinate Scrum teams.

Following this, Waiss worked at Compliance Solutions Strategies (CSS) as a Product Owner for the Maïa & DPC platform. Waiss'sresponsibilities included technical and functional analysis, backlog management, non-regression tests, and Jira administration for a team of 13 people.

Currently, Waiss Baqui holds the position of Senior Product Owner at Confluence, following the company's acquisition of Compliance Solutions Strategies. In this role, they continue to conduct technical and functional analysis of the Maïa platform while collaborating with stakeholders to communicate the roadmap and achieve company objectives.

Waiss Baqui completed a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Strasbourg, starting in 2015 and ending in 2017. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Software Architecture and Application Development with a specialization in IT innovation management from ETNA, école d'alternance en informatique. Waiss's enrollment at ETNA started in 2017 and concluded in 2020.
