Sebastien Parsini has a diverse and extensive work experience in sales and leadership roles at various companies. Sebastien currently serves as the Enterprise Sales Director at Confluence, a global leader in investment management solutions. In this role, they partner with clients to deliver data-driven products and services to optimize efficiency and control.
Prior to their current position, Sebastien worked as the Senior Executive Account Manager at Cdiscount, a spin-off company called Octopia. Sebastien contributed to bringing the power of marketplaces to retailers and e-commerce players through a powerful technology solution.
Sebastien also has experience as the President of SPINI Consulting, where they worked from 2017 to 2021. Before that, they served as the GLOBAL SALES Director for Multinational Corporations at ADP, one of the largest providers of business outsourcing and human capital management solutions.
In their earlier career, Sebastien held positions such as GLOBAL BUSINESS DIRECTOR at Thomson Reuters, REGIONAL SALES & AM DIRECTOR at S&P Global Market Intelligence, and SENIOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER at S&P Global Ratings. Sebastien also gained experience at Arval BNP Paribas Group and Concorde Hotels & Resorts in sales and marketing roles.
Throughout their career, Sebastien has demonstrated expertise in consultative selling, managing sales teams, negotiating complex contracts, and building strong relationships with strategic customers.
Sebastien Parsini completed their education from 1993-1997 at ISG Institut Supérieur de Gestion, where they earned a Multinational degree (M2) in International Business School. Sebastien then pursued further education from 2003-2005 at ESSEC Business School, earning an Executive Master Degree in Strategy and Management of International Business (SMIB).
