Do Thi Phuong Thao began their work experience in 2009 as an Assistant for a Professor at Soongsil University. In this role, they conducted research on topics such as online marketing, social network service (SNS), and customer service. DO THI also studied the factors that affect customer satisfaction and behavior for Vietnamese restaurants in Korea.
