Frank Kundrat is a Senior District Court Judge at the State of Minnesota and a Mediator and Arbitrator at the Conflict Resolution Center. With over 40 years of experience in judicial, governmental, and private law practice, Frank specializes in peacefully resolving business and personal disputes. Prior to their current roles, Frank held positions as a District Court Judge, Attorney, Adjunct Professor of Business Law, and Chief Counsel at various organizations. Additionally, Frank has written numerous opinion columns on legal, social, political, local, and spiritual topics for St. Cloud Times Media. Frank holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government, English, and Management, a Doctor of Law (J.D.), and a degree in Theology/Theological Studies.
