Merrill has over 10 years of experience in the technology industry, with a background in product development and design. Prior to joining Confirm, Merrill served as the Chief Product Officer at Carta, where they led the product and design team from 1 to 25 employees and helped grow the company's ARR from $0 to $25M. Merrill has also worked as an investor for various startups, including BitPay, Thankful AI, Medly, Bungalow, Khatabook, Flutterwave, AllSet, ReCharge Payments, Overtime, Cerebral, Alloy Therapeutics, Samba, Hooray Foods, Serena Ventures, Better.com, Philo, MasterClass, Citadel, Salesken, Apollo, Dataiku, Superplastic, Nextcar, Pryon, Muze, Allstripes, Rescale, BlockFi, Freshbooks, Impossible Foods, Forage, Yearend, Hit Start Media, and Zoomcar.
