Joseph Weissglass is a Managing Director at Configure Partners. Prior to joining Configure Partners, Joseph was a Vice President at Guggenheim Partners in the Special Situations Group where they focused on middle market transactions, private capital markets financings, special situations M&A, and restructurings.

Some of Joseph's notable transaction experience includes acting as the advisor to the Cal Dive UCC during its oilfield services bankruptcy, being the sole lead arranger for One Equity Partners / Zodiac Interactive acquisition financing, and being the placement agent for a skilled nursing facility operator ABL financing. Joseph also advised the Tampa Bay Times during its acquisition of the Tampa Tribune. In addition, they have been involved in several award-winning transactions including the sale of Juniper GTL pursuant to Section 363 (Alternative Energy - M&A Advisor Deal of the Year) and the Chapter 11 restructuring of PacSun (Consumer / Retail - M&A Advisor Deal of the Year).

Prior to joining Guggenheim Partners, Joseph worked as an Associate at Barclays Capital in the Restructuring and Finance Group.
