Heiko Markgraf is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in presales management and software development. Currently serving as Presales Manager at Configit since February 2015, Heiko leads the presales team for the EMEA region, advising clients on the implementation of configuration solutions for complex products across various domains including engineering, sales, manufacturing, and aftersales service. Prior roles include team leadership and application engineering at Configit, and senior software development at IMS Messsysteme GmbH, where responsibilities encompassed software architecture and project management. Earlier experience includes software development roles at At-On GmbH and Hans van Bonn GmbH, as well as maintenance work at Veba Oel AG.
