Daniel Buttler has a diverse work experience spanning over 12 years. Daniel most recently worked at Configit as a Senior Support Engineer since November 2020. Prior to this, they held the position of Support Engineer at Configit from May 2018 to November 2020. Before joining Configit, they worked at Aldi UK as a National IT Specialist, where they were responsible for adding new features and implementing bug fixes for existing applications, conducting tests and analyses of bespoke applications, and providing support at various levels. Prior to Aldi UK, Daniel worked at Orridge as a Systems Developer, where they developed queries in T-SQL, assisted other developers in writing SQL, and optimized stored procedures. Daniel also worked as a Second Line IT Support Analyst at Orridge, where they handled escalated support calls, provided technical problem analysis and resolution, and documented resolutions and actions taken. Before Orridge, they gained experience as an IT Support Analyst at In-House IT, where they provided first-line support to customers, logged service requests, and resolved or escalated outstanding service requests.
Daniel Buttler attended Zenos IT Academy in 2008, where they studied Information Technology for a brief period. Although they did not obtain a degree during this time, they obtained additional certifications. In July 2008, they received the CompTIA A+ Certification from CompTIA and the Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) certification from Microsoft.
