Jennifer Perpignand is currently working at Confie as an Application Product Manager. Prior to this, Jennifer was an IT Business Analyst at the same company. Before their time at Confie, Jennifer worked at Infinity Insurance as a Senior Customer Service Representative. Jennifer also has experience in customer service at Arise Virtual Solutions Inc. and Medigaptoday. Jennifer's background includes roles as an Agent Assistant at Medigaptoday, Business System Analyst at Interstate National Dealer Services, Inc., and Customer Service Rep at Assurant Solutions. Jennifer holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Southern New Hampshire University and an Associate of Science in Health Information Management from Florida International University. Currently, Jennifer is pursuing a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Computer Systems Analysis at Southern New Hampshire University.
