Marlon Robles dela Merced, MBA has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, starting in 2011 at Multicare Pharmaceuticals Phils., Inc. where they worked as a Medical Associate before moving up to roles as an Associate Product Manager and eventually a Product Manager. In 2016, they joined BSV Bioscience Phils., Inc. as a Senior Product Manager and later became an OIC-Business Unit Head. Most recently, Marlon is working at a confidential pharma company, starting in 2021. Marlon initially held the position of Sales and Marketing Manager before being promoted to Group Business Unit Head in 2023.

Marlon Robles dela Merced, MBA, has an extensive education history that spans several institutions and degrees. Marlon began their education at Marian College (formerly Marian School), where they completed their Grade School education from 1995 to 2001. Following this, they enrolled at St. Mary's College of Baliuag and earned their High School diploma from 2001 to 2005.

In 2005, Marlon pursued higher education at Baliuag University and earned their College degree, although the specific field of study is not mentioned. Marlon then went on to attend Ateneo de Manila University from 2017 to 2021, where they completed a Marketing Course.

Marlon's dedication to their education continued as they attended De La Salle University from 2017 to 2023, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General. Subsequently, they pursued further studies at the same institution and is currently pursuing a PhD in Business, with the completion expected between 2023 and 2027.
