Kaisar Wahed, SPHRi, has a robust background in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as a Senior Specialist in OD & Learning at Confidence Group since August 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Assistant Manager Human Resources at Millennium Group, Human Resources Manager at Meghna Executive Holdings, and Assistant Manager at Hameem Group. Kaisar began a career at AB Bank as an HR Officer and later worked as In Charge of Compensation & Benefits at NRB Global Bank Limited. Kaisar holds an EMBA in Human Resources from the Institute of Business Administration (IBA), University of Dhaka, obtained between 2015 and 2018.
