Dave Dwyer currently serves as the Senior Vice President at the Conference of State Bank Supervisors (CSBS) since September 2013. Prior to this role, Dave was a Vice President at HUD from June 1990 to August 2013. With a Bachelor of Arts in History from George Mason University, Dave has extensive experience in setting strategic visions for products, focusing primarily on the Nationwide Multistate Licensing System (NMLS) at CSBS and administering national client management structures at HUD.
