Lesley graduated from Lakehead University’s Civil Engineering program in 2006. She worked as a consulting engineer in training for a few years before returning to school and completing a Master’s of Engineering and a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Alberta in 2010. She returned to the workforce becoming a Professional Engineer in 2011.
