Jesus Solis has extensive experience in both engineering and finance, with a notable career at the Confederación Hidrográfica del Cantábrico under the Ministerio de Medio Ambiente since December 1992, where responsibilities have included roles as Jefe de Servicio de Coordinación y Tareas Especiales, Jefe de Servicio de Apoyo Técnico, Jefe de Sección de Ingeniería de Saneamiento, and Project Manager. Previous positions include Analyst at Benito y Monjardín Sociedad de Valores y Bolsa and Manager Associate at Citibank N.A.
