Celso Garcia, PhD, PMP, currently serves as a consultant in Training, Development, and Education at Amaggi and has held the position of vice-president at the Sindicato dos Psicólogos do Paraná since July 2022. With a long-standing role as director of Pensare Desenvolvimento de Pessoas since 1998, Celso specializes in competencies development, training, and andragogy. At Volvo Construction Equipment and Volvo Trucks, Celso provides extensive training for technical instructors across Latin America, emphasizing andragogical models. Celso also contributes to academia as a professor in multiple MBA programs at Fundação Getulio Vargas and as a researcher at Universidade de São Paulo, focusing on the intersection of psychology, technology, and education. Additionally, Celso has been involved with Sebrae as a consultant and team leader since 1998 and coordinated the first MBA in Training & Development Organizational at Universidade Positivo. Celso holds a PhD in Psychobiology from USP, along with multiple degrees and specializations in business administration, human resources, and psychology.
