Marta Labanca Haik currently holds the position of Head of Customer Success for Small and Medium Businesses at Conexa Saúde, a role commenced in August 2024. Previously, Marta served as Head of Customer Success and Business Specialist at Zenklub from January 2023 to August 2024, and worked in Strategy & Business Design at Hurb from August 2022 to December 2022. Prior experience includes management consulting at Visagio from May 2019 to August 2022, and a teaching assistant role in Applied Statistics at UFRJ from March 2018 to December 2019. Marta began professional experience with an internship in Financial Planning at Grupo Salta Educação in 2017. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, complemented by academic experiences at Mendel University in Brno and as an exchange student at Universidade do Porto.
